    Prevention of resonance:

    The calculation of natural vibration frequency of horn bracket and the equation of particle vibration are as follows:

    Through CAE analysis, the natural frequency of the loudspeaker bracket or the vibration frequency of the mounting point are calculated.


    Balance bracket and sheet metal should be properly selected when they are fixed by bolts and nuts, and generally verified by CAE analysis or vibration test.


    The strength of the horn mounting bracket and body sheet metal is determined by CAE analysis or vibration test.


    To minimize the complexity of the structure or excessive bending of the inclined bracket.
